With more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Melanie is a committed and knowledgeable advocate for clients. One of the most rewarding aspects of her role is being able to help clients as they navigate various stages of life. She appreciates the long-term relationships the team has developed and is always looking for ways to enhance the client experience.

In her role, she is responsible for all client service operations, from helping manage the finances of the business to arranging client meetings. She also prepares client reviews and reports, completes account transactions and paperwork, and deftly handles each client’s administrative requests and questions. Her approach to her role blends integrity, hard work and a willingness to listen. She strives to ensure that clients receive the highest quality service.

Melanie joined The Cerato Group in May 2018. Her previous experience includes roles as a retirement relationship manager and high-net-worth financial representative at Fidelity. She holds Series 7, 63 and 66 licenses and is working toward CFP® certification at Merrimack College. She has also studied at Manchester Community College.

She spends much of her time outdoors, from riding the ATV trail system in northern New Hampshire to enjoying the beach with family and friends. Her love of animals and serving her community is expressed through her support of the New Hampshire Humane Society as well as the local food bank and Catholic Charities. She also attends Saint Michael Church of Exeter.

Originally from Manchester, New Hampshire, she lives in Candia with her husband, David; they have two daughters, Desiree and Haley.
